Private Pay Rates

Services Rates:
Initial Session Diagnositic Evaluation – $220 with a fully licensed clinician / $160 with a licensed in-training clinician

60 min – $160 with a fully licensed clinician / $120 with a licensed in-training clinician
45 min – $130 with a fully licensed clinician / $90 with a licensed in-training clinician
30 min $100 with a fully licensed clinician / $60 with a licensed in-training clinician

Additonal Services Rates:
Professional Services Notes – $50 per note

Consultation time as requested by patient with another provider – $80/ 30 minutes

Fees

No show/late cancelation fee – $100 if not canceled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours window before the scheduled appointment. First cancel no show is waived as a courtesy.
